Winspire Hotel Giveback Program

Today, we are excited to unveil the latest hotels and newly-slashed prices of the Winspire Hotel Giveback Program: an exclusive opportunity for you and your donors to travel to some of the most in-demand destinations worldwide, all while supporting your organization.

For a very limited time, donors can book discounted luxury hotels through Winspire at www.hotelgiveback.com. Each booking costs significantly less than advertised prices on Expedia or Hotwire - up to 50% off retail. Best of all, 30% of every booking goes to the charity of the traveler's choice.

If you or your donors, board members or staff plan to travel, this is a no-hassle way to enjoy luxury properties while capturing extra funds.

Winspire Hotel Giveback: Overview

Since 2008, Winspire has helped nonprofits raise over $48 million by providing and fulfilling unique no-risk travel packages for fundraising auctions, raffles and more.

One of our favorite initiatives is the Winspire Hotel Giveback, a win-win that sends charity supporters around the globe. Here's how it works.

Step 1. Share the Giveback link.

The first step is to share this link with supporters: www.winspireme.com/giveback.

Important: All trips must be booked by October 31, 2018 and completed by June 30, 2019. With just a few weeks left to book, you and your supporters can snag our best prices of the year.

Step 2. Check availability.

Once the traveler has found a desired property, submit a contact form on the website or give our booking agents a call.

We will check the availability of that property during desired dates or, if travel dates are flexible, provide available dates. We'll then confirm the traveler's interest before payment.

Step 3. Remind the traveler to mention your nonprofit.

During booking, we'll ask if there is a nonprofit the traveler would like to support with their purchase. Remind your donors to mention your organization by name. If your nonprofit is a specific chapter or branch, be sure to specify which one.

Step 4. Receive a check in the mail.

Once the transaction is complete, we'll send a check in the mail for 30% of each booking to the nonprofit named.

Last year, we sent checks to over 50 nonprofits totaling over $20,000. We hope to raise even more this year!
