Morgan Stewart of San Francisco, California will be using the $1,000 Fairmont gift card donated by Winspire to help raise money for California State Parks Foundation (CSPF) where she works as Special Events Coordinator.  CSPF is a member-supported nonprofit dedicated to protecting, improving and advocating for all of California’s state parks. We are excited to announce the winner of the April 2015 Donation Give-Away drawing! Nikki Katrodia of Rolling Meadows, IL will be using the two framed and autographed classic MLB jerseys to help raise money for the WINGS Program organization, where she works as the Special Events Coordinator.  WINGS was established in 1985 to provide integrated services and help combat domestic violence and homelessness one family at a time. Located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, WINGS is committed to helping abused and abandoned women and children overcome difficult life circumstances and accomplish goals that will lead to an enhanced quality of life. 

Winspire is excited to announce the winner of the first Donation Give-Away of 2015! Nancy Winkelman of Warrenville, IL will be using the donated New York Getaway for two to help raise money for the organization Friends for Therapeutic Equine Activities, where she works as the Program Director. Friends for Therapeutic Equine Activities (FTEA) was founded in 1996 to provide therapeutic horseback riding to individuals with physical, emotional, cognitive and/or social challenges. Located in a western suburb of Chicago, FTEA seeks to meet the special needs of each program participant in a recreational setting.   The donated trip to New York City will be used as part of their live auction offerings at the next Circle of Friends Fundraising Gala on November 7, 2015. This is an annual event which FTEA has hosted for the past 8 years, with all proceeds going to support the therapeutic horseback riding program. Participants are as young as three years old and range in age all the way through adulthood. This is made possible with a small staff of PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructors and a large corps of wonderful and generous volunteers who donate over 10,000 man hours each year. The eleven horses and ponies working in the program were carefully chosen for their kind and gentle disposition and all were generously donated to FTEA.

Connie Mattos is excited to be donating the Fairmont Scottsdale 2-Night Stay with Championship Golf to the Child Advocacy Center in Fort Collins, CO for use in their next fundraiser. The Child Advocacy Center is a Nonprofit whose mission it is to reduce trauma to children and their families through a comprehensive response to child abuse. From the CAC website, www.larimercac.org: "Our vision is to eliminate child abuse through prevention and education. Where we cannot, all victims will receive comprehensive and compassionate services from an effective team of professionals." The CAC conducts forensic interviews with children who have allegedly been abused, or who have been possible witnesses to violent crimes; provides support services, mental health and medical exam referrals to families; holds community trainings on child abuse issues; conducts both a school (Talking About Touching) and community based (Steward’s of Children) prevention program.

Winspire is thrilled to announce the winner of the February 2012 Donation Give-Away! Emily Leonard will be donating the Napa Valley Wine Train Package to the The San Anselmo Preschool Center. The San Anselmo Preschool Center offers a program that blends teacher directed activities and self-initiated learning in a setting that includes art, music, dramatic play, pre-reading manipulatives, large motor activities, and "hands on" natural science. Children work together in mixed-aged groupings except for a 45 minute "group time" each morning and afternoon. At "group time" children are divided by age with one teacher for activities appropriate to their age and development.
