The winners of this Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience will be treated to an exclusive VIP party celebration on Monday night on a private balcony at La Bayou Restaurant on Bourbon Street.
It's one of the largest balconies on Bourbon Street, making it a great place to watch the parades. They are also enjoying a 3-night stay at the newly-reopened Hyatt Regency New Orleans, as well as round-trip coach class airfare for two from within the contiguous U.S. and Canada to New Orleans.
